Marie DeMartino

Born in Long Island and raised in Phoenix, Marie DeMartino knows first-hand the challenges and excitement that come with relocating. Over the years, she’s lived in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey before settling in the Charlotte region in 2004—first in Huntersville and, since 2015, in Fort Mill. This personal journey has given her unique insight into the relocation process, allowing her to guide clients with empathy, expertise, and confidence.

Marie is more than just a real estate advisor—she’s a resource for all things local. From neighborhoods, schools, and sports for kids to restaurants, entertainment, and the best weekend getaways to the beach or mountains, she helps clients feel at home from day one. She truly loves all the Carolinas have to offer and enjoys sharing that enthusiasm with others.

A graduate of Arizona State University with a degree in Finance, Marie spent 15 years in New York City working in training and partnership marketing before transitioning into real estate. Today, she blends her corporate background with her passion for people, delivering top-notch service marked by attention to detail, clear communication, strong negotiation skills, and innovative marketing strategies that showcase homes at their best.

Deeply invested in her community, Marie is active in the Indian Land Women’s Club (serving as VP) and the Greenway Ladies Guild, and she volunteers with Isaiah 117 House York County, supporting children in foster care. She and her husband have two daughters currently attending the University of South Carolina. When she's not working, Marie enjoys supporting her husbands band, PUSHH, attending USC Gamecock Football games, visiting Yadkin Valley Wineries and traveling in and around the Carolinas.
