I have worked with several realtors and none have been as attentive and professional as Marie. Every time I called or emailed her she responded to me immediately no matter how minor the question. Every time we encountered a hiccup with the builder or the mortgage lender, we knew we could count on Marie to resolve the problem immediately. We only had three days to find a home in Clarksville and because of Marie we found the perfect home for us in an incredibly short amount of time.

Katlyn Spencer, Client, Buyer Working with Marie was such a blessing! My Husband and I were first-time Home-Buyers. We had NO CLUE where to start, or how. We were on a very tedious time crunch because of my Husband's Military training, and with our 3rd baby on the way, we needed to get things rolling even more quickly. Not only did Marie show enormous professionalism while dealing with our 2 Toddlers roaming her office, but she was so positive! She took the stress off our shoulders immediately. She listened to us about what we wanted/needed. We did not feel pressured, as so many horror stories indicate about Realtors. The time & effort she spent on finding us the perfect home was so obviously apparent. Because of our time restrictions, she managed to find us 12 prospective options (which matched our criteria as closely as possible) to look at in ONE DAY! She even had the route to get to all of them mapped out, so as to save us as much time as possible. Despite having curious Babies wanting to examine EVERYTHING, she did not rush or crowd us. She was completely available to answer any question or concern we had. Our experience with Marie was nothing short of perfection. She is absolutely amazing.
