When we moved here from out of state, we didn't know anyone in Omaha. Having to deal with the pressures of a new job were enough of a concern without having to worry about finding a new place to call home. Thankfully we found Marie. From the very first contact she out our minds at ease. She listened intently on what we were looking for in a home. She very quickly answered any questions we might have, provided us daily updates (sometimes more than daily) on possible homes that might suit our needs and desires, and was with us throughout the entire process all the way through closing. Thanks to Marie, we found an absolute gem of a place to call home! She was a pleasure to work with through the entire process. When it comes time to move on to the next chapter of our lives, we know who will be handling that transaction. Marie O'Hara. You couldn't make a better choice!!!

Ana was fantastic! Her dedication to finding our new home was unprecedented. We were looking at 3 homes a day and when we found the one, she guided us through the process of completing the purchase making it easy. Ana truly cared about what we were looking for. I bought my first house through Marie and she couldn’t have made it a more positive experience. She was responsive, responded to all my questions and listings that I wanted to see within an hour, and was completely transparent on issues with different houses we saw. When it came to my dream house, I told her to do whatever she had to do to get me the house and pulled a risky move and completely paid off. I can’t thank Marie enough. Marie helped my wife and I buy our first home. She was incredibly helpful and informative in helping us look for details and hidden issues we may not think to look for in a house. Her expertise was very welcome in the uncharted waters of buying our first home.

She was flexible with her schedule and even stayed out later than we expected to see a house we really wanted to see.

Marie helped us to put in a competitive offer on every house we offered on and helped to educate us on the best way to put an offer in to get accepted. It took a few tries in this crazy market but we wound up in a beautiful home that we would've lost out on had we not had her assistance.

We highly recommend working with Marie and will definitely work with her again in the future!

Being a 22 year old young couple looking for our first home, it was a bit scary and uncertain. Marie went above and beyond for us. She not only worked with our schedule and looked at homes with us till 9PM, but she made sure we were always in the right path. We never felt pushed and or pressured when putting the bid in the houses we looked at. She made sure to stay in the range of what we were looking for as far as price, area, and type of home. She was very realistic with every question we asked and we were never sweet talked, one thing we absolutely loved about her because we needed someone honest and experienced especially in this housing market. We finally got our first house around the 72nd and Maple area thanks to all her help. We will make sure to contact Marie whenever we are ready to move again.

Marie was awesome!! She was straightforward and task oriented!! Very deliberate in her actions and not only promised and delivered almost 10% more on my home sale than other agents estimated, she even rolled up her sleeves and helped me best present my home to others. On my follow on purchase she was a bull dog and helped save me about $5k in costs that she didn’t have to. She identified a problem and had the seller fix so I didn’t have to!! Wow!!

Best yet, I made a friend and one I am proud and honored to refer others to.

Marie rocks. Period.

We have bought and sold a few homes over the last few years and Marie was by far the most knowledgeable, professional, and cooperative realtor to work with. Marie helped us purchase our current home and sell the home we moved out of. She had an aggressive marketing and selling strategy. In purchasing a new home, she listened to our needs and wants and helped us get into the house we wanted. She was patient and helpful. She was wonderful to work with.
