I truly believe that you get the best service from people who genuinely love what they do. Throughout the entire process, Mariem has been a consummate professional.

I originally came down to Florida a year before to try and find a home. I was only there for a weekend, so as you can imagine, the pressure was palpable. Mariem's pleasant demeanor and love for her city placed my mind at ease. She gave me advice that was relatable by comparing my situation to her son who was also in the process of buying a home in the same area and under similar circumstances.

A health scare with a parent caused me to abruptly cancel the home search that year. Mariem never used pressure tactics, was very empathetic, and allowed me the time I needed to continue my search the following year on my terms, and when I was ready.

My wife and I went back and forth on what we wanted. We started to get frustrated, but Mariem never did as she truly enjoyed looking at homes. Her positive vibes permeated onto us. Seeing a Realtor's genuine reaction to a home is very persuasive; it reassured us to see her just as excited as we were when we came across gems.

We found our home, and that is in part thanks to Mariem's hard work and dedication to her clients. I will highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a Realtor in the South Florida area.
