In her new position, Ronquillo will specialize in residential sales throughout Santa Clara County. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, Ronquillo worked for five years with Bay Cal Realty in San Jose. In her time with the company, she received honors as a top agent, earned the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification from the National Association of Realtors and was an active member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors.

Prior to her work in real estate, Ronquillo was a nurse at Stanford Hospital in Palo Alto. She received her nursing education in the Philippines, attended De Anza College in Cupertino, and took a cardiology specialty at Stanford University.
