I can’t speak highly enough of Marika as our real estate agent. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. She kept us apprised about available homes in the Taos area and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. First of all, please look at the other reviews here about Marika and you’ll see what other people have already written. We just closed on a sale of 40 plus acres in Taos County, and Marika was as great as everyone mentions – efficient, savvy, patient, charming, professional. She shepherded us through all the difficulties of selling property during a pandemic – including revised timelines and various extensions, and made it all seem easy. My brother had called around A LOT before finding Marika - she has now sold two properties for us. Do yourself a favor and let her handle your real estate work. Thanks, Marika, for everything!

Marika Choma was our Realtor in our search for a vacation home in the Northern New Mexico Rockies. Over the couse of a year, we also looked in the Southern Colorado, and Central New Mexico areas, with those local Realtors, but there was no comparison with the complete, professional service we received with Marika. She is passionate about the area she sells in, knowledgeable about the local services, and always dirrected us to the right source for information. She is honest, tenacious, and above all else- thorough.
