First of all, please look at the other reviews here about Marika and you’ll see what other people have already written. We just closed on a sale of 40 plus acres in Taos County, and Marika was as great as everyone mentions – efficient, savvy, patient, charming, professional. She shepherded us through all the difficulties of selling property during a pandemic – including revised timelines and various extensions, and made it all seem easy. Over the couse of a year, we also looked in the Southern Colorado, and Central New Mexico areas, with those local Realtors, but there was no comparison with the complete, professional service we received with Marika.
