Marilyn and her team sold our condo recently in New London.

She is very professional, confident, and knowledgeable to the market condition. After we contacted her, she and her team created the listing and set up the online appointment within a week.

Waiting for buyer part was the only difficult …. However, during the process, Marilyn kept us staying positive!

We were very excited when we got the first offer. However, she helped us to make the right decision to turn it down because she is confident the price wasn’t right. Within a week, we got the perfect offer, which is in the range she suggested at beginning!

We much appreciated her and her team’s help for the smooth transaction. Highly recommended!

Marilyn is highly knowledgeable about all things Realty but especially in New London County and the surrounding area. She has lived her whole life there and knows everyone, somehow even the Newcomers:) She also prices properties right so sales happen quickly at maximum value. She visited our home many times as we prepared it for sale and her insights were invaluable. She was instantly responsive to text messages and phone calls and when the Offers got tricky she knew what to do. No wonder she was Connecticut Realtor of the Year in 2019, she sells houses!😁
