We would highly recommend Marilyn to anyone looking to buy or sell on the Grand Strand from Myrtle Beach to Georgetown! In 2021, she helped us find our new home and subsequently sell our condo. She took the time to fully understand what we were looking for in a home and the price range we were comfortable with. The home we settled on was the model for a group of homes being developed and not yet available. She stayed in close contact with the selling agent to ensure we had a shot once it was released for sale. On the selling side, she did a fabulous job of setting the right price point and marketing our property resulting in a sale at over our asking price in 56 hours! Marilyn was wonderful! Due to family circumstances, this was a very emotional time for us. The sale took place long distance and Marilyn took care of all the details in her professional, knowledgeable ,friendly manner.
