The difference with Marilyn is that she operates well outside of the boundaries of traditional agents. Never have I had the experience of an agent who is willing to use her own decorations and enlist the help of her family to improve the showing quality of a property. Additionally, she would leverage all possible marketing channels (mailers, websites, videos, social media) to maximize the outreach and drive significant buyer traffic. There’s no quit with Marilyn – she hustles nonstop and maintains a consistently positive and optimistic attitude, while being factual and honest with her clients. “Cooler by a mile” is an understatement with regards to her performance!

Marilyn worked with us for 5 years while we tried to find the perfect house to buy in Avalon NJ. She never once complained about the fact she had shown us a lot of houses without any results. It was actually quite the opposite with Marilyn she talked us out of a few houses she didn't think fit us. She is an amazing realtor and through the process became a great friend. She was always knowledgeable about the process and the area we were buying in and if she didn't know the answer to a question would get it and have it to us that day. She was a pleasure to work with and even after closing is still always willing to go the extra mile for you. I think we have asked her more questions after closing than during the whole house process. Marilyn is definitely the best realtor in Avalon NJ and it was a pleasure to work with her.
