What can I say… I was looking for my first home and found Marilyn. Marilyn has been a breath of fresh air since day 1. She actually picked up my phone call while boarding a plane. Her professionalism and patience she has had with showed class in every way. Buying a home is NOT a walk in the park. She was able to address my concerns and thousands of questions throughout the process with no attitude or prejudice. While house hunting she introduced us to Jamia another upcoming realtor who she was taking her time out to help us find the right home; always there to be supportive and with a bright smile. I, in the spur of a moment, decided to sell my condo versus rent it. I looked up agents and chose Marilyn based on her good reviews and the fact that she was a woman like me. I am so happy I did. I initially spoke to her on a Saturday evening around 9pm and met her on the next day, which was a Sunday. It was smooth sailing after that. We posted a few days later and received a full price offer that same day. She communicated regularly and answered any questions I had. She did her job and then some.
