The most important asset of Marilyn's business is the trust of her clients. She truly enjoys being part of one of the most important transactions in a person’s life. When helping families find their first house or helping others let go of the family homestead her priority is honesty and integrity.
Baldwin has always been her home. Her mother, Rosemary Mensching was an agent with Baldwin Realty and sold them their first house in 1981. She joined Baldwin Realty in 1998. Having earned a master's degree from Adelphi University in psychology. Her love of people made this a good path for me to take. The fact that 1999 was the beginning of a historic uptick in the real estate market did not hurt to grow her enthusiasm.
She earned her broker's license and was a top producer at Baldwin Realty. The flexible independence of being a realtor fit her family life.
In 2013, she became the Broker of Record and Owner of Baldwin Realty purchasing the business from Catherine Gorman who had purchased it from the original owner William Walcott.
After retiring from Municipal Finance her husband Peter Sandroni joined our team. His calming supportive presence and unwavering confidence in her are wonderful.
Over the years their family has enjoyed Baldwin Park, Baldwin Little League, Police Athletic League basketball, soccer and track, Baldwin Bombers Football, Baldwin Eagles Soccer, and the Memorial Day Parade.
In 2017, Baldwin Realty moved to the beautiful location at 720 Sunrise Highway, the Koch Building. The most beautiful building in Baldwin and she hopes to extend that beauty throughout the town.
