Backed by years of professional experience and a lifetime rooted in community and business development, I bring both heart and strategy to every transaction.

Before real estate, I spent 20+ years leading local economic growth, including 16 years as Executive Director of Downtown Statesville’s Main Street Program. That career shaped me into an expert negotiator, creative problem solver, and tireless advocate — all skills that now serve my real estate clients incredibly well.

I know that buying or selling a home is more than just a transaction — it’s a major life moment. That’s why I work relentlessly to guide my clients through the process with honesty, clear communication, and thoughtful advice every step of the way. My goal is always to take the stress out of the process and empower my clients to make smart, confident decisions.

Real estate may not have been my first career — but looking back, I can see it was always where I was meant to land. Helping people find a place to call home, invest in their future, or move on to their next chapter is deeply rewarding work that I am honored to do every single day.
