I first met Marino when I put a house up for sale on KSL. He responded, not with an offer to list the property (I had plenty of other realtors do that) but with an offer to find me a buyer with no strings attached, except of course a regular commission if he was successful. I agreed, and he found a buyer within a couple of weeks. Marino was great to work with and absolutely honest in all our dealings. Later I listed another property with Marino and he sold the property in a timely manner and also was very helpful with all the details, including the ones he wasn't contractually obligated to deal with. Marino in everything he represents himself to be and more. I would recommend him to anyone contemplating buying or selling a house. Tom Owens

I have brought and sold 3 homes using Marino as my realtor. Without exception all transactions went smoothly. In fact, Title companies and loan officers remarked If Marino is is your realtor we know every will be done correctly and expediently.
