First and foremost I'm extremely grateful and happy for the help and guidance that i received from Mario during my entire home buying process! It has been stressful somewhat but Mario always made sure everything was fully taken care of and i was always kept in the loop on exactly whats going on....Mario worked around the clock and was always on point and informed about this entire process! My experience with Mario Arias was a wonderful one looking for a home can be very stressful and he made it easy. He connected us with Attorneys and bankers. He was in communication with me all the time. He makes you feel like he is your only client. He is very knowledgeable on the homes he is showing. At this moment he is presently helping my extended family by there first home. I recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell .If you are looking for a realtor he is your man.

When I met Mario I was in search of a specific home close to my job, my first home although he was a young guy just starting off his realtor career I felt he was the right guy for my search he was very knowledgeable in what was needed to buy a home he had a great team to work with he and listened to what I wanted in my first home he didn’t care how many homes he showed you, he never pushed u to buy until u found what u were looking for . My first home was his first sale, and 4 years later I called him back to look for my second home, my dream home and he found it . Mario is a great realtor .

i had a great experience with buying our first home with Mario. he paid attention to our needs and found what we were looking for. a couple of years later when we decided to sell he was the one we called because we trusted he would get us the best deal from our sale.
