Mario was born in San Luis Obispo California and grew up in the 5-Cities. He graduated from Arroyo Grande High School in 1993 and knew he wanted to be an entrepreneur after High School. One of his goals was to be involved in real estate. He has always dreamed of doing real estate since he was a young boy and he loved watching home improvement shows on TV. In 2010, he invested in a real estate investing training program to learn how to fix and flip properties. Then in 2014, he decided to get his California Real Estate license and began this part of his career with PB & Associates.
2 Years later, he became part of the Board of Directors of the Pismo Coast Association of Realtors and later President of the Association in 2020. He changed brokerages in 2017 and learned new strategies for selling real estate. However, in the early part of 2022, he returned home to PB & Associates where he enjoys sharing his knowledge and experience with newer agents to be successful in this industry. He is now in his 9th year of real estate and his biggest joy is seeing first-time home buyers experience the opportunity of home ownership. He believes that home ownership creates generational wealth and is the foundation of the American Dream.
