Mario Zelaya helps us get the perfect renters in apartment we have in our family home for over 40 years, my mother is very neat & formal, very picky about who she is sharing her gem home in Roscoe Village, worked perfect situation, we even spent last Thanksgiving all together no longer look at them as renters more like extended family downstairs. Glad to have them brings warmth & love to house.

Mario found us the perfect home! He listened to what we needed and wanted. He was extremely flexible with viewing times and is always quick to respond. Even after finding the place, he’s continued to answer any question I have that pops up! Mario is the best!

What an experience with Mario Zelaya. We had very little knowledge about how to find a home and the process. After meeting a few realtors we were recommended to Mario, we knew instantly that he was the one for us. He is brutally honest and hands-on (he even crawled into creepy attics to check insulation for us!), really helped to take the pressure off of us.

Never felt forced to make an offer and when we finally found the "one" and ended up in a bidding war, Mario walked us through every step of the negotiations, even suggesting that we write a letter to the sellers to explain why we thought they should choose us. It was unconventional but it worked! We have several friends looking for homes and thinking about selling, and we always recommend Mario to them!

Mario was kind and professional. He guided me through the process during an acquisition of a property. He was always available to answer questions with honesty. Mario made sure I understood the paperwork and was gracious with his patience. He has followed up with me after the move to make sure my needs are met. I have reccomended him to my family, friends, and neighbors. I will be using him in the future endeavors. Mario truly is super!

I was referred to Mario through a family friend. Mario, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! He heard my concerns and addressed each accordingly.

I wasn't ready to sell my house and Mario was available to help me understand the process of renting my home.

Mario is patient and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He is passionate about his career and it shows!

He was able to successfully find responsible tenants who have now live at my home for the last 2.5 years without in any issues. Rent is always on time if not early.

Mario was diligent and hard working to find approved candidates before even setting up showings. Which was comforting knowing he wasn't letting just anyone walk around my house.

If my tenants every leave Mario WILL be the only one I will TRUST!

Mario was the answer to our every doubt, there was already 3 homes for sale on our block, Mario educated us in the current state of the market "buyers market" alot of available inventory, and he and his team and unlimited amount of resources came up with a game plan for us. Our home took 6 months to sell but it sold first before the other 3. Strongly believe that is was due to the system Mario has in place to get the job done! I have already referred Mario to my old neighbors and family! Definately Mario a Pro at championing for his clients!
