Marion F Gatling has to be the best Real Estate Agent in the business. I first met Mrs. Gatling about ten years ago when I was considering selling my home. She was very knowledgeable and prompt executing the listing of my home. At the time my priorities shifted and I ended up keeping my home. Due to Gatling’s professionalism and expertise I saved her number in my phone. Now ten years later My daughter is graduating high school and my family and I needed to quickly sell and move for a job opportunity. I reached out to Mrs. Gatling and she resumed the sale of my home as if “10 years” was just yesterday when we initially listened it. Within days I had multiple offers to choose from and I didn’t have to worry about a thing, Mrs. Gatling kept me up to speed and made herself readily available. Within 30 days I closed on the sale of my home and above asking price too! I am so taken away with Mrs. Marion F Gatling’s service. She made such a hectic time feel much smoother than expected and now me and my family are off to new beginnings. Thanks you Mrs. Marion F Gatling for such an amazing job!!!

Mrs.Marion is excellent at her job. This is the 2nd time we have used her in the purchasing of our new home and the first time in selling a home. Only thing to say is, the house sold in one day. She was very attentive to the type of home we were looking to buy and now also sell. I recommend her if you want a realtor that is honest and will help you in every aspect of your buying and selling of your home.
