I've lived in the Phoenix area since 2005 after moving here from Southern California with my husband. We've rooted ourselves in this beautiful state and are happy we decided to make that move many years ago. It was by far the best decision we made! I've been in the real estate industry since 1997. I've worked in a multitude of areas including residential rentals and sales, commercial rentals and sales, new build sales, 1031 exchanges, land purchases and sales and numerous development projects from ground up just to name a few.
