I can’t speak highly enough of Marissa, as our real estate agent. Her professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics are very much appreciated. She was able to find us an amazing home that fit right in our price range! She put in the effort to show us every house we wanted to look at, even with our crazy schedules. She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. She explained everything in a way that was easy for us to understand from the making the offer to working with the mortgage banker. Marissa made the nightmare that is finding a home in the crazy market right now such a breeze! I highly recommend her, she is an EXCELLENT agent and will not disappoint you.

This agent will bend over backwards to seek and find a home you may like. She is polite and professional with all issues concerning your home you may want. And if there's something she doesn't have on hand she will do her best to seek it out. I was in aw to see how hard she works for a client. Marissa started out as our property manager when we lived in our apartment. After settling down and getting married, my husband and I decided to start house hunting. Since Marissa and I had such a great relationship as tenant/property manager, she took us under her wing and became our realtor. Marissa was always great with showing us properties in our budget and being receptive to our requests. She was such a joy to work with, always had a great attitude, and we would definitely recommend her!

Let me start off by saying as a first time home buyer I had no clue what I was getting into or what all the paperwork or the documents I was signing and you might think here I am going to throw a 5 star review and just say she was easy to work with and knows what she is doing and yes those are true statements however she put in more than that she made sure I knew what the documents I was singing and why I needed to sign them and actively went out of her way to help me and I promise you that she would do the same for anyone I believe that she’s not there just to get a paycheck but rather she’s there to help people through whatever stage you are at in life with your home buying process weather first time or looking get married and start a family she is definitely there to help I would highly recommend her to family and friends I know where to go next time I’m looking for a home and if you want the same experience that I did through the home buying process give her a call 10/10

Marissa worked with my husband and I for a little over 2 years to find our dream home.
Passionate, resourceful and honest are just some of the words that come to mind when describing her. We never felt rushed or forced into a home that didn’t fit our wants/needs. We were able to see time and time again that her focus was on making us happy and not to price tag of the home. Marissa’s passion and drive is unlike anything I’ve seen before, she’s set on finding homes, not houses. She’s the person you want in your corner from your first home to your last.

Absolutely a superstar realtor to work with. If your looking to purchase a home I garentee you won’t find anyone as patient and caring as Marissa. We are buying a house in PA while currently living in Hawai’i. She was on the phone with us almost every morning, walked us through getting the pre approval, and toured over 8 different properties with video and my parents checking everything from the foundation to the roof and property lines to make sure we knew exactly what we were getting. When we put an offer in on our home she was just as excited as we were if not more! It was a pleasure to work with them and we couldn’t recommend a more perfect realtor for a home buying experience!

Marissa took the time to understand what our needs were. We were acting as surrogates for our daughter and son in law who are stationed active duty in Hawaii. She took the time to take videos of every property we looked at and to understand what their budget was. The bottom line is they have an offer in on a very nice historic home and providing all goes well they can move in when they come back stateside. I cannot recommend Marissa highly enough, if you are looking for an agent who will listen to you, work with you and find the ideal new home in partnership with you then you need to call or email her.

Marissa is amazing! When we picked the house we wanted she was on it. There was some water damage and draining that needed some attention and she did wonderful at learning about what the problem was and conveying our concerns and negotiating fixing the problems and repairing the damage. When closing day came and our not so great lenders waited until that morning to ask for a ton of stuff and delay closing by two days she stood up for us. The rescheduled closing day came and the lenders again waited until the very last minute to get everything done on their part, so much so that we had to do what’s called a dry closing which is when the buyer and seller sign all the papers and the buyer gets the keys but the seller doesn’t get the money until the next business day. Marissa stood up for us again letting the lender know that it wasn’t fare of them to treat people this way because my fiancé and I had done everything right. Every time they asked for something I had it done within an hour and yet they waited to the last possible minute to do the stuff they needed to do, they never once answered a phone call or returned a call from my fiancé and I, they had us completely stressed out and Marissa was a huge help in getting them to do their job. Seriously I highly suggest her, she advocates for you not her paycheck and she’s super sweet but can be sassy without being a jerk when she needs to and that’s the kind of person you want on your side. Thanks Marissa, you’re seriously the best!
