Maritza is one of the best agents we have worked with. Her customer service is outstanding and she is very responsive; there’s no waiting in limbo for an answer. You ask and she answers. You never have to follow up because she is on her game 24/7 and is proactive. Maritza kept us posted throughout the entire home buying process and even kept our lender on track. There are so many positive things I can say - she’s a professional, an expert in real estate, friendly, proactive, responsive, competent, diligent and definitely takes pride in her work. We will definitely work with her again in the future and highly recommend her to anyone seeking high quality customer service and real estate transaction expertise.

Mrs.Maritza is extremely professional, proactive and responsive. At the time of our last purchase (November 2021) we were busier than usual and were working with a short time line to secure a loan, find a property and purchase a property. Mrs. Maritza was able to line up multiple short notice viewings back to back and within days we had an accepted offer. She went above and beyond, ensured closing remained on time and followed up consistently. It is clear she is an expert in her field and her competence is greatly appreciated.
