Mark Anderson viewed our place a couple of months after we bought it blind from a different Realtor. It was in very rough shape and we had much work to do. Aldo was very honest with me when touring homes. He was also able to get private tours of each home with reasonable restrictions (masks, social distancing, etc). Even in the toughest market, he was able to get us a forever home with all the amenities we were looking for. We thought we might have to settle for something less - but he proved us wrong. And, he made the closing process very easy - and worked with the title company and the lender to help us understand each step. I would recommend Aldo and the Top Agent team to anyone looking for a new home.

Laura went above and beyond her call of duty in my home buying process. During the home inspection, one of the things that needed to be repaired was the toilet seal needed to be replaced in one of the bathrooms. The lady I was buying the house from was not a handyman type of person to fix it. So Laura made arrangements for her husband to come out and do the job. Also, I have never had an agent give me a house warming present before. She surprised me with a gift basket full of all kinds of presents for my house.
I would definitely recommend Laura and use her again.

Our realtor Aldo Della Pella helped us find the perfect house for our family. He works hard, goes above and beyond, and very knowledgeable. He is also polite, easygoing, sweet and good with kids (very patient and friendly.)
We live in CA, so we were unsure how the house hunting would be. However, he did throughout virtual tours on so many houses for us and it made it so easy and possible to see and know the houses without actually being there.
The housing market right now is unbelievably competitive, which made us feel impossible to buy a house we want. Nevertheless, Aldo never gave up on us and he was always there for us so that we can get the perfect house.
He is very responsive and acts as fast as a sports car. We are very satisfied and happy with the house we purchased. We got our house 25k less than asking price, which seems to be miraculous considering the competitive market. We are so lucky and grateful to have Aldo as our agent.

Recommending Kyle is an extreme privlage. The entire process he was on top of every little thing you could possibly imagine. We moved to Moses Lake after we had contacted him and had him over. Our plan was to have it fixed up and on the market within a few months or less. As we all know that was deffinatly not the case. Kyle was extreamly patient and understanding of the situation as trying to be in moses lake and still finding time to be In the Cheney area to complete the work on our house. Needless to say after a year kyle still kept in touch with us from time to time and was able to recieve our updates as to our progress. Talk about patience and dedication. As to all things unexpected, a property we liked became available which in turn really pushed things into full gear. Kyle work seamlessly with our realtor in moses lake to be sure we were able to meet all of our deadlines for the property we were purchasing. I can’t say enough good things about Top Agent Team Spokane. I used them when I bought this house three years ago. My realtor Rip Ramsey became a family friend. When buying this home before we knew each other he picked me up at the airport, showed me town and surrounding areas. His hospitality was unmatched. His knowledge of real estate, lending, inspections were incredible. He’s a very friendly guy but he is an intimidating negotiator but just as respectful to everyone in the transaction. With the market hopping like it is we asked Rip Ramsey back to sell our home.on a Friday. He came over and checked it out took notes. He was communicating the whole time. He understands how nerve racking this can be. He explains everything and has no problem explaining things again. So he comes back with a photographer, Curtis . The pictures were incredible. His office has paperwork specialists. They make sure everything is perfect and legal. They use modern online forms and reply almost instantly to any questions. The Top Agent Team is just that- A team. They all are all in and treat every customer like a friend. By Monday noon it was live all over the internet. By Tuesday we done seven showings and had three offers. By Wednesday morning we accepted an offer. During this time I became rattled on a few of the unknowns that are typical of a real estate sale.Rip replied and calmed me down immediately . We are in the inspection financial part currently. And now I’m dealing with Lauren. She’s dialing the paperwork in and making sure everything is properly done and legal. It’s all via secure internet. I worked with Laura Van Zwol. I met Laura when I was originally listed with another agent I was really struggling with. My first agent messed up scheduling, and it caused an issue with me and several agents, multiple times. My original agent swore up and down the problem (that was a continuous problem) was not of her end. Laura happened to be the agent I ran into that received my misdirected wrath. I exchanged numbers with Laura purely to solve this issue. Laura followed up with me the next day asking if it had been solved, and as far as I knew, it was. Laura found out it wasn’t actually fixed, and reached out again to let me know. She wasn’t my agent, but she was going above and beyond to help me. That is when I knew, there was a reason I hadn’t fired my original agent until then, because I hadn’t found the right replacement. My house was originally listed for a month, with continuous issues, and damage. With absolutely infuriating experience with the original team. Once I officially signed on with Laura and her team, we had a completely different experience. Not only was there not ANY damage done to the home, theft or ANY issues with the agent, she sold my home in one weekend. Laura is a rockstar, and I’m thankful everyday she was the agent who happened to be the one on my lawn when things went south with the first agency.

My top agent person was Taylor Potts ! In the beginning....when we were for a used home with the sq footage and floor plan that would work for us I was a little discouraged. I was getting listings to look at that wasn’t at all like I said I wanted. Later in the process when I defined to greater detail what we wanted...it didn’t seem like there were many homes available. Then I started doing my own searches and for a long time I was finding homes for my agent to check out for me. Seems a little backwards in the process but ultimately because we couldn’t be there to look it seemed to work

Cody Sullivan was upfront and real with us in what we needed to do for a quick sale on our house. We got excellent results from him! 3 days on the market with multiple offers!! Say I sent you!!!
Brad Hays was super nice! He helped us see somethings we may not have seen at a glance. He understood we had must haves. Good communication. Always answered when we called with a question. Found a house quickly and in our price range. Brad kept in touch with the other agents involved to make it a seemless transition from the selling to the buying. Would recommend!

Jennifer Huston and Jolene Jochems of the Top Agent Team went above and beyond on the recent selling of our home. Jennifer was spot on with her analysis of the market, what our home value was and how quickly she expected the house to sell. She scheduled an open house and we had a solid, full price offer within a week. Jolene was my "go-to-gal" keeping us up to date on the ensuing process with weekly check-ins and she even went the extra mile for us (as we are out of town sellers) when we asked her to. Jennifer Huston is a gem. I was looking for a specific needy house and was picky. She found many but due to issues beyond our control didn't get. But she persevered and found me a perfect one. I showed interest in a Condo in Liberty Lake and Rip responded to me very quickly to help me look at it. We worked with Rip Ramsey to find our new home. Rip was great through the whole process! It was challenging because we were still living in Vancouver and were only in Spokane for short periods. Rip was super responsive to any inquiries or needs, at just about any time of day. He sent us information and extra documents right away, even driving out to properties to send us video. Very friendly! He was very flexible meeting up with us and scheduling tours when we were going to be in town. Knowledgeable about the market and the local area. We're grateful that we were able to have Rip on our side!

I'm currently in the process of buying a house and decided to use this company to help me. I am working with Rip Ramsay, and let me tell you, he has been awesome.

He was/is very accommodating, and even added the house we are currently in the process of buying at the last minute on a day we were looking at houses. He never seems annoyed when I text/email/call him with silly questions, and he's always willing to help. He's super friendly and easy to get along with. He really listens to your wants and needs when you are in the house hunting process.

I would definitely recommend him to anyone, and if we sell and buy a house again I would most definitely use Rip again. 10/10.

Mark and the Top Agent Team sold my house in 4 days! Mark was my listing realtor and really showed me the ropes as this was the first time I've sold a home. Of the 5 offers, he helped show me how to make the best decision with the most benefits to me. His admin team, Emma and Andrew helped to schedule the many showings and really took the time to make sure I was comfortable. The staging team and photographer were amazing. And Eric, my purchasing realtor is still working his tail off to find us our perfect forever home.

From the very first meeting with Mark Anderson I felt that I had made a great choice. He walked me through the whole process from suggesting staging and recommending a time frame to sending me weekly updates on showings and calling me to tell me that the closing was final. My little condo was on the market 8 days and the sale final in less than 2 months. Mark and his whole team held my hand every step of the way. Awesome experience!
