Blue Skies Auction and Apple Tree Realty was a perfect solution for me. I needed to liquidate the contents of my parents home in Kokomo, IN as well as sell the property in a short timeframe to fund my father's long-term care. The issue is that I am no longer an Indiana resident which would make it extremely difficult for me to execute, so I need to find a company that could execute all aspects without me being present for each stage. Mark and his team handled the entire process from organizing, pricing, and conducting an on-line auction of the contents, staging the house/property to be placed on the market, and being the Listing Agent. The auction was a success and completed within two weeks, and the property sold within 3 days. Once the auction was completed and all items were either picked up locally or shipped (all coordinated by Blue Skies), Mark and his team cleaned and prepped the home for the new owners. Mark kept me updated throughout the process and was adaptive to my needs and wants. Blue Skies Auction and Apple Tree Realty are both professional and thorough with a personal touch which can at times be lacking in the business world. I would recommend Mark and his team to anyone who has a similar need.

Mark made selling my parent's house so easy. Selling was a bittersweet experience for my family and Mark helped ease the transition for us. He is efficient, helpful, and kind. I am so grateful we hard Mark taking the wheel for us!

Mark was very easy to work with. He did his research and knew all the facts for me. He walked me through the process and made it an easy and satisfying experience. He scheduled our meetings around my work schedule. I would recommend Mark to anyone wishing to buy or sell property.
