Our initial conversation was excellent as Mark outlined the condition of the market and came prepared with a strategy for dealing with the uncertain market we were facing in early 2022. He gave us a practical list of preparation tasks which allowed us to quickly put our house on the market. He continued to provide status and advice throughout the process all the way to our move-out. That high level of communication was welcomed and allowed us to make informed, timely decisions. Mark is a very knowledgeable, professional, kind and dedicated realtor. He helped us find a wonderful home for our family and we looked at numerous homes with him. Each time he met us he was friendly and present. As a first time home buyer, his expertise and honesty was greatly appreciated.
