So I generally don’t write reviews...good or bad...but couldn’t miss the opportunity to let anyone reading this know you have found your realtor, so stop looking. We wanted a realtor that would be equally involved in the selling of our home as well as the buying of our new one. The buying is more time consuming but I wanted to work with the same person through the entire process. Mark Hack fit the bill perfectly. Extraordinarily professional and with a background on the mortgage side, as well as being a renovator and builder he brought a wealth of knowledge and experience to help us navigate all scenarios. When looking at homes he was able to quickly tell us if a property was worth considering and if it was then what the costs would be for various repairs which helped us immensely when making our decision. I highly recommend Mark and Greentree. Hack’s got your back.

I have worked with Green Tree Real Estate 3 times now and they are amazing. Mark and his team have the client's best interest and guided us to make the right purchase for our family. Mark has been the best you can ask for. I’ve bought and sold multiple homes with him and the best thing is about him is his honesty! He never recommends something unless it’s what’s best for you. In wanting to move back to Southern Indiana after retirement Mark Hack and Green Tree Real Estate came highly recommended by my daughter as she has utilized their services in the past.
My wife and I had the pleasure of working directly with Mark Hack of Green Tree Reality and found his attention to detail second to none! Although we were experienced homeowners, Mark provided detailed information that even the most seasoned buyer may overlook. Just wanted to say that Mark has been a pleasure to deal with in the listing/selling aspect of Real Estate with me. Mark has listed my personal residence as well as several flips I’ve done over the last 5 years and every time it’s a smooth transition from the time it’s listed until it sells.
