With over twenty-three-years of experience in the Twin Cities residential housing market, and as a thirty plus year veteran of contract negotiations and managing client relationships, Mark brings to every transaction a collaborative approach and commitment to exceed expectations. Mark's financial background with experience in commercial and mortgage portfolios, auditing, and financial systems, give him a strong foundation in finances and the art of negotiation.

All the courses of action along Mark's career journey have led him to the innovative agent he is today, one with a genuine passion to help clients find the perfect home or get the most value out of selling their existing home. As former founder and President of Stonehouse Designs, Inc., a local and national award-winning design/build firm, Mark has successfully negotiated and managed over $80,000,000 in residential contracts.

Mark's vast knowledge of residential design and construction, along with valuable insights into the housing market, allow him to see a property's full potential. A life-long resident of the Twin Cities and Lake Minnetonka Area, he understands and appreciates everything our community has to offer. As a believer in giving back to our communities, both locally and globally, Mark has volunteered thousands of hours, and has sat on several non-profit boards over the years.

His role as Board Vice Chair of a private school in his community, and as a founding member of Haiti Outreach, Inc., has given him an even greater appreciation for the opportunity of living in the Twin Cities. Mark has traveled extensively to Haiti over the past twenty years, working in collaboration with the Haitian community to create sustainable development projects to help empower the people of Haiti. Mark lives with his family in the Excelsior area. He loves spending time with his family and friends, traveling, sailing, biking, reading, music and the arts. Most of all, he enjoys life's adventures with his wife Mary and their children.
