About Mark

Mark McNamee was raised in Pine Bluffs, Wyoming where he gained a broad knowledge of both farming and ranching operations. In 1997, Mark graduated from World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City Iowa, and later that same year embarked on his real estate career. Since that time, he has assisted both buyers and sellers in several farm and ranch real estate transactions in addition to multiple farm/ranch equipment and livestock auctions. Mark’s versatility in all facets of farm and ranch marketing, including single and multi-parcel real estate auctions, has created the opportunity to provide his clients one-stop shopping when considering all their real estate, equipment, and livestock liquidation needs.

In order to better serve his real estate clients, in 2009 Mark attended the necessary courses provided by the National Auctioneer Association to obtain his AARE (Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate) designation. The knowledge gained through this course enables Mark to provide his clients with a broader knowledge base in all facets of real estate auction from advertisement and preparation to financial evaluation of commercial and agricultural properties to dividing properties in to several parcel and offering them in different combinations in order to maximize the return on each clients investment while allowing all buyers to make purchases that appeal to th
