About Mark

I am a full-time real estate agent and I am truly excited to work with you on finding the perfect home to live in (including new construction), getting yours sold quickly, or finding your next investment!

A little bit about me; I grew up in Maine where I helped run our family sports cards & collectables business, graduated from the University of Maine with a business degree and moved to Florida in 2003. I joined the sales force of Waste Management and quickly scaled the corporate ladder with sales & operations, and ultimately became their territory manager for our 5 local counties. I then started an e-commerce business, ReelsAndTackle.com alongside my passion for the outdoors and fishing, and even was interviewed on Good Morning America for a "fish story" that I would be glad to share. I love my church, Sunlight Community Church, hoping to be able to serve more in the future.

My first year in real estate I finished as "Rookie of the Year" with first in sales in my brokerage of 200+ agents, since then, I have helped an average of 50-70 families per year with their real estate needs and am proud to be a consistent top producer in my brokerage, and also amongst the top Realtors in all of the Treasure Coast. I have successfully negotiated over asking price on many of my listings as well as negotiated closing costs and other incentives for my buyers, many times even leaving the closing table with a house AND a check! Going "above and beyond" for all of my customers is one of my top priorities in order to make one of your biggest moves in life, one of the easiest and stress free. I have surrounded my business with some of the industry's best affiliates to make your process smooth from start to finish, from contract to closing. My wife Kaitlyn, is also a realtor and we partner together to give the best possible experience.

Lastly, I am proud to have a mother and father that served in the military and also went through firefighting school, finishing at the top of my classes.
