Mark gets me. He understands what I want and what I like in RE (I’m a sucker for updated electrical and newer HVAC). I am a new investor and have ambitious RE goals that Mark remembers. He sends me listings regularly and respects that I do my own research also. His construction background is helpful and he can consult with me on what work needs to be done. We’ve done two deals together and will do one a year for at least the next eight years. If anyone wants to sell multi family, Mark already has a buyer in mind-me!
I have tried to work with other realtors, but keep returning to Mark for his highly-personalized service, his attentiveness, and his experience as a contractor and rental owner.

Shopping for a house was very stressful at the beginning but Mark Rinehart was amazing, all that stress turned into fun thanks to to our great realtor we looked at so many houses, at the time houses were always sold before we decide to make an offer, sometimes minutes after we look at it, Mark was very patient and understanding, we weren't easy, not picky but always ready to make an offer, Mark delivered as he promised he found us the perfect home we enjoy every minute of it.
I have recommended Mark to everyone I know because I am sure they will be in good hands.
