Mark’s dedication to real estate and his commitment to his clients began when he graduated from Arizona State with a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate. He began his 40-year career with Coldwell Banker and then spent 24 years in the real estate department at Kraft Foods counseling thousands of colleagues through seamless relocations. Mark is now back with Coldwell Banker and continues to successfully guide clients through their real estate transactions.

In addition to his Bachelor's degree in real estate he has obtained the following certifications and accreditations for the benefit of his clients: Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Accredited Staging Professional (ASP), and Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA).
When working with seller's he will develop a marketing strategy that includes a thorough review of the market analyzing recently closed sales and active listings to determine the optimal price point for your house; his marketing team will create customized marketing materials to include top quality brochures with professionally shot high-resolution digital images for placement in print, web-based marketing, and media.
When working with buyer's he will research communities that are of importance to you, he will be with you every step of the way from personalized showings to skillful contract negotiations, to the home inspection, and through the closing process. Mark’s focal point is to make this a successful and pleasant real estate experience.
