Working with Mark was very rewarding. We had never sold a home before and knew nothing about the process. Mark was so helpful, answering all our questions and responding to our calls and emails promptly. Although the housing market is slowing down, our house was sold in a month.
I would gladly recommend Mark to anyone who is looking for a Realtor.

Earlier this year I assumed responsibility for my sister's financial affairs. This included selling her house after my sister moved to an adult living facility. My sister lives in PA and I live in Texas so taking on these responsibilities from afar presented challenges to say the least. After vetting several real estate agents and reviewing his proposal for the sale of my sister's house and discussing the details with him over the phone, I selected Mark as my agent. His proposal and subsequent answers to my queries were conducted with patience, the utmost professionalism and were thorough, very clear and concise. In short, Mark was a godsend and despite the many challenges, the sale was conducted successfully and to the financial benefit for my sister. I credit Mark with going above and beyond and helping me work through and overcome the many challenges inherent in selling a house from afar. I simply could not have done this without him. Mark gets 10 stars from me.

My house took ten months to sell because it was cash only in a 55 and over community with a land lease. Mark stuck with it, through dozens of showings, stayed positive, and saw the sale through. He was very helpful, and we agreed on what to do. He deserved every penny of what I paid him.

He always had great advice and recommendations through all of the processes we worked with him on. This was our second time in two years utilizing Mark’s services. He represented us on the buying and selling side this time around. Mark is truly a professional in every sense of the word. He always has his clients best interest in mind and ensures you have all the information prior to making any decisions. As for the selling side of things he makes realistic suggestions to improve your homes value prior to hitting the market. I say that because some agents want you to have a blank check book to make improvements to your home. All I’ll say is our house had multiple offers within a couple of hours, so I would highly recommend Mark for any of your real estate needs!

Mark not only was a calm and focused professional, he has an ease about him that really balanced my personality well. He's easy to work with, very responsive and creative problem solver. Anyone looking for a home whether it's with an FHA or Conventional loan, you're going to get his best effort. Highly recommended from my experience with my new home in Bernville, we closed last week and I couldn't be happier. Mark is great. I have worked with him to buy 3 and sell 2 homes. On every occasion, Mark stayed on top of details and always advocated for me. He knows the area very well and is always happy to answer questions along the way. Every deal is different, but Mark always found a way to get things worked out and did his best to limit the anxiety factor. Despite my husband and I looking to live in Lancaster which was a bit of a drive for Mark, he was always quick to meet us for home showings, even with short notice. He showed us many homes while being tolerant and understanding. He also knew so much about pricing, home updates/renovations and general buying/selling information. In addition, he has a lot of connections in the area that not only helped with the home buying process but also renovations and updates as well. I was so impressed with Mark from start to finish. I had 4 rental properties in Reading, PA that I wanted to sell but had been delaying any attempt because I currently live 3000 miles away in Portland, OR and based on past experiences I wasn't confident that any of my previous Realtors could handle the task without my constant involvement and oversight. I searched reviews and finally made the decision to go with Mark. Best decision ever! Not only did Mark sell all 4 of my properties faster than I ever thought possible but he handled all of the little things that I was not able to do from so far away. I completely felt as if Mark handled these properties as if he was selling my own personnel home with the potential for a big commission and not the inner-city rental properties with less than cooperative tenants and the minimum commission possible. Among many other things he went so far as to find contractors when repairs were needed and most of all he did an amazing job working with (and most times around) the property manager that was handling my properties and was less than responsive. Overall Mark did an amazing job and I would very highly recommend him to anyone I know that is trying to sell a property. He is not only professional and skilled he is also friendly, a pleasure to work with and is incredibly patient. I always felt as if Mark had my best interests in mind every time he was dealing with potential buyers. I could go on and on about how impressed I was with Mark and how he certainly goes above and beyond, but will just say that if you have a property to sell...Mark is your man!
