Mark sold my Summit Home for me in quick order and at a great price. As he promised, he had wonderful pictures that showed my home off in the best possible way. A major point of difference was the video he produced; it was the talk of my neighbors and buyers alike, as it provided everyone with a real life tour of the home as depicted by “virtual” agent who could talk to all the benefits and features of the home, including prospective changes that would add even more value to the home. Mark is far and away the best realtor I have had contact with in the sale of several homes in our family. Because of his extensive experience, he has great wisdom as you go through the various stages of selling your home. Of course, he waits for you to ask for his advice, and he's never pushy --I would say don't take this particular offer, because...... but this is a good one, because.... and here's a comment about price if you decide to do this, I would recommend....... (many realtors don't have a clue about the real estate process and wait for the house to sell itself -- good luck). And as many reviewers have commented, Mark is extremely responsive as well, calling you back quickly and also using texts to communicate. He is completely honest, professional, dependable and personable. He personally handles many details that others would have their assistants do, but he also has a superb team to handle details of the closings, etcs. The closing of my house is later this week, and from start to finish, Mark has been right there at every turn.
