We have used Mark since 2008 for our real estate transactions and would never consider using anyone else. Mark is usually spot on with pricing (selling & buying). He always going the extra mile. Mark and his Platinum Team get an A+ from me. As a long distance investor, and after interviewing multiple agents in the Port Charlotte area, Mark proved himself to be the most knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy for the sale of my investment property.

Mark made purchasing our first piece of land stress free and easy. I told him I wanted the lot next to my home and he took care of the rest. From start of correspondence with owner to closing on property was merely 17 business days, Which I found astonishing because ThanksGiving was in between. Mark has sold 3 different properties for family members and came highly recommended! I now understand why and will only use Mark from now on!

Dealing with a realtor that has intimate knowledge of the Englewood and Venice area to help us find the right property was key in finding what checked off the boxes on our list. His knowledge steered us around the neighborhoods as he described how each would, or would not, fit our lifestyle. We did not plan on purchasing anything immediately but did want to start getting grounded in the prices and quality of homes on the market so see if our budget was on target. Low and behold Mark found us the perfect property and within our budget. Mark was responsive and put together the list of homes to view quickly and his opinion of each. We appreciate a candid approach that gets to the facts and cuts out the fluff. He and his team were very helpful in bringing this deal to closure and we highly recommend Mark and his team. Mark HAS SOLD at least eight parcels of land for us VERY QUICKLY.
Two of the blocks of land Mark sold were hundreds of miles from his office.

I can not say enough kind words to describe Mark Soravilla and his team! He is by far the most professional, knowledgeable, kind, responsive realtor out there. From the moment we contacted him to the final confirmation that the house was sold, I ALWAYS felt like our best interest was his number one focus. He would explain in detail every step, every form, every question I had. I honestly learned so much because he was so informative and knowledgeable. I really appreciated the attention to detail when his team took pictures and video of the house. I HATE looking at listings that don't have pictures or has one blurry picture, or just a picture of the street. He took the time to take professional pictures and even included a virtual tour. This makes a HUGE difference in selling a house. From the day it was listed to the closing date it was a total of 40 days. He made the scary process of selling our home very pleasant experience. I can't recommend Mark enough. Give him a call! He knows his stuff!

Mark, in my opinion, is the most professional, knowledgeable and hardworking RE agent I have ever dealt with. This is the second residential investment property he has sold for me in the past two years. He took care of all the details for me and suggested several minor, inexpensive improvements to expedite the sale that I'm sure was a net plus for my bottom line. If you're thinking about selling, call on Mark to provide a market analysis. I'm sure you will be as impressed as I was.
I listed my property when Covid19 started to take off, but I still received several offers including one that I was very happy to accept.

About nine years ago I found a house in Port Charlotte almost lost it because it was a hard bank repo very difficult people to built to buy with that kind of a situation especially one person mark s was relentless a true Craftsman at his craft persistent tenacious and that is why I did not lose this house that I am pleased with beyond recognition I would saw though him out especially highly recommend they know the area inside and out
