Mark Szychowski

As a lifelong resident and fourth generation member of the community, Mark brings a lot of local knowledge to Santa Cruz County transactions. Working as a full time, licensed Realtor/Broker for over 30 years, he has acquired expertise with all aspects of residential real estate. While listing and selling homes in the Soquel and Scotts Valley areas are strengths of mine, he has expertise selling homes in nearly every nook and cranny of this beautiful area.

Residential real estate is Mark’s passion. However, he has also acquired extensive knowledge of other real estate sectors such as residential developments, commercial properties, and property management.
Mark’s reputation is especially important to him. Nearly all his business comes from past clients and referrals.
