James “Mark” Ulmer spent his early years in south west Tennessee near Memphis. His dad was an airline service agent and his mom a substitute teacher. He attended high school in Titusville, Florida near Cape Canaveral. Mark graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando where he studied business and finance.

He brings to Watson Realty Corp, fifteen years of experience as a buyer for a major local distributor. He has over six years experience in both residential and commercial real estate and is constantly a top producer in the local office. Through his experience he has become skilled in working well with many different participants to bring about the desired result in a timely manner. A good experience from start to finish. Bought a condo a few years ago and used Mark.
