Buying a house through Mark was like buying a house with a friend. He was immensely knowledgeable and professional, but always made looking at houses a joy. We really took our time looking for the right home and Mark was patient and always worked with our availability well. All around great guy, and I wouldn't let anybody I know buy or sell a house without recommending Mark to them. I know I'll never use anyone else but Mark as a realtor.

I'm a first-time homebuyer (moving from NV) and emailed Mark to view one of his listings. I instantly felt comfortable with him and knew he had to be my agent. Mark's personality vibes with everyone, and his decades of experience and in-depth knowledge of this area are impressive. By the end of 2nd showing, he knew exactly what I was looking for. We did another round of viewings three days later and found the one! He referred me to a few lenders, who all spoke very highly of him, and we made an offer!

Unexpectedly, Mark's perfectly written offer was accepted (as is) within 12 hours. Mark stayed in lockstep with my lender and me through the conclusion, checking on me the whole time. I was so happy to see and hug him at my closing, and we're friends for life now! Whatever you need, Mark is there with his arsenal of colleagues: lawn care, handypersons, and contractors, plus names, phone numbers, and websites for utilities. He held my hand through every step, and my friends were jealous! I had a stress-free, educational, smooth-as-silk experience, as will you. Mark Vos is the only choice.

Mark has helped us find two homes in Sioux City. We had a few conversations regarding what we were looking for, and he developed a list of good options. After every visit to a home, he took what we liked and didnt like to fine tune the list into even better options, until we had a small number of perfect homes to choose from. He was parient with our indecisiveness, and very accomodating to our time frame and requests.
I would recommend Mark very highly, for both buying and selling a home. He has great insight, and professionals he has worked with regarding financing and even contractors to correct or update a new home. If we ever look for a new home, Mark will be my first call.
