About Mark

For over 30 years, Mark Welling has been
helping buyers and sellers achieve their
real estate dreams here in Southern California.
Mark started his career with
Merrill Lynch real estate in 1987, and has
been associated with Re/Max of California
& Hawaii for the past several
years. Born in Rochford Essex England,
Mark came across the seas to America in
1983. After settling in the foothills, he obtained
his real estate license in 1987.
Mark's father and grandfather owned
investment properties in England, so he
began to associate real estate investment
with opportunity. Building his business
from scratch was not an easy task for him.
He started by going door to door in the
community, and with that self discipline
he began to obtain his first listings and
sales in the first few months of his profession.
''The market is always changing," and with the change of the market in the
early 1990's Mark diversified his business and began to develop relationships
with probate and trustee attorneys. He represented the trustee sale of a famous
Bruce Wayne manor from the Batman 1960's TV show in Pasadena,
which would later be the 1997 Pasadena Showcase House of Design. Mark
has an eclectic view that enables him to actively participate with staging a
home for sale or helping a buyer with a remodel, or redesign of a property.
He understands the importance of after sale services as well.
Mark, a true professional, personally fights for his clients' needs. He earns his
clients' trust, in turn, they see Mark is representing their best interests. Helping
his clients find the best in what they are looking for in a new residence.
Always on the cutting edge of marketing, Mark has a creative touch when it
comes to the exposure of his listings, no one plan meets every homeowners'
needs.Mark's main priority is to recognize key issues, anticipate potential problems
before they arise, and create successful solutions, which has been a major
factor in his ongoing success. In today's Real Estate environment, working
