I started my Crosslake real estate career in 1985 with a local company that later sold out to a new MN franchise. By 1987 I was the branch office top producer. In 1988 I was promoted to manager. My office was 2nd in profits out of 13 MN & WI offices. In 1990 I went back to selling and joined an established top firm in the Crosslake area. I did well there but felt a traditional office really had a leash on my success. I wanted more freedom to market, promote, and serve my customers. I joined RE/MAX in November 2002. My 2003 sales tripled! RE/MAX is an industry leader for very good reasons.
Referrals From Past Clients
Most of my business comes from repeat clients and referrals from them. This is the stat I value the most. More than 70% of my business comes from such referrals. People value the service, experience, knowledge, and care I provide to them, so they send their friends and relatives to me. I’ll go to great lengths to protect that trust they’ve placed with me.
