Markee Richards

Markee Richards was born and raised in Butte, Montana. Markee believes largely in the Butte community and enjoys all it has to offer, which include all of the festivals in Uptown Butte, Saint Patrick’s Day, and the 3rd of July Celebrations. When Markee was a senior she met her husband, James, and they now raise their three children in Butte.
Markee has always had a great passion for helping people. Growing up in Butte, she realized that Butte people always seemed to help each other out. She knew that she wanted to continue this tradition by helping out as many people as she could. Spending time with her Uncle renovating and flipping homes she knew that she wanted to further that into a career. In 2019 Markee decided to obtain her Real Estate Salesperson License and started her career. Since then, Markee was Rookie of the Year in 2020, she volunteers as a Local Director for the Rocky Mountain Association of Realtors and serves on many committees.

Markee firmly believes that her job is not to just help her clients buy and sell real estate, but to be there for her client’s, day and night, to help them with their decisions that make sense for the client. She also loves when her clients call her after they close on a property for her advice on painting colors or to come over for dinner and see how her clients put their personal touches on the home.
