Having lived in Arizona for 69 years, I hold this state dear to my heart. Assisting others in discovering their perfect home or property, or in selling their own property in Navajo and Apache Counties has been a joy for me, especially as I've been a full-time resident of the Arizona White Mountains for the past five years.
After retiring from the Postal Service, I pursued a long-held dream and became a licensed real estate agent and Realtor®. I finished my initial training and obtained my license on November 7, 2023. The following day, I joined Dominion Group Properties at their Overgaard, AZ office.
Since then, I have earned the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation, and the Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) certification from the National Association of Realtors Center for Realtor® Development and received the 2025 Arizona Realtors Education Achievement Award.
During my first 17 months, I successfully closed 19 (one off market) transactions, working both singly and co-listing with my Branch Manager and mentor, Carissa Nickols.
In the past, I have worked as a UPS Driver, an Over the Road and Local Truck Driver, a CAD and Survey Technician, and as both a Carrier and a Clerk for the United States Postal Service. For 29 years, driven by passion, I dedicated my free time to assisting horses from various disciplines as an equine massage and bodywork therapist. During my current free time, I take pleasure in horseback riding, gardening, and various arts and crafts.
