About Marlene

Marlene Norcross was born and raised in a little Community called Byrd, it was a great place to grow up! Attended school in Ennis & then became part of the Horned Frog Nation graduating from TCU in Fort Worth.

She spent many years in the Fashion/Retail Industry as a Buyer for Neiman Marcus, VP General Manager for Saks Fifth Avenue and Macy's, District VP for Macy's and Texas Regional for Belk Department stores. During that time, she was also involved real estate, so it felt natural to become a Realtor.

Her husband, Wayne has been a real estate broker for over 30 years and owns City Real Estate, they have bought and sold property around the state and in Nevada. Yes they lived in Las Vegas, that is a great story that she will share when we work together. My daughter and son are also in Real Estate in the Austin market, so you could say it is a family affair!
