Having Marlene Santiago as my realtor had made it so much smoother for me and my family. Being that me and my husband were moving from South Florida to New York, we were going in this not knowing much of anything. Especially as new home buyers. I found Ms. Santiago through a friend of a friend who had helped them a while back.
Meeting Marlene was such a sigh of relief. Me and my husband have been attempting this process for quite sometime. As soon as we were able to get the ball rolling things happened yet fast and efficiently.
She listened to what we had hoped in looking for and did just that. When we would meet with Ms. Santiago she made sure she showed us homes that met exactly what our requests were of a home.
After viewing a few homes we saw a house and just fell in love. Her patience and willingness to have the requirements that we hoped for was beyond.
I definitely will recommend Marlene Santiago to friends or family. 🙂

I had the pleasure on working with M.Santiago on two separate occasions , from renting my first apt to transitioning to my first home . My experience was one to remember from the beginning to very end Santiago helped my husband and I in every step of the moving and paper work process . It all felt like a breeze and she made sure every single question was answered no matter how long it took . On several occasions she spend the entire day working with us and helping with the entire paperwork process which was the most difficult for us . She become a friend and we have referred her to many other people . She was very confident in her work , positive , and very assertive which was a big plus . We did not regret the decision we made we are so happy in our new home and another plus working with Santiago when we originally came to her we had 3 homes we were specifically interested In and working with her helped us choose the best option for us , rather then the best option financially for her . Which is not something we expected from a real state agent !
