Hi, I am Marlin Winchester and I have been a licensed Realtor in Ohio for over 5 yrs. I take pride in helping people in Northwest Ohio find their dream home, sell their current home, or move to that bigger house they always wanted. I work for Key Realty, one of the newest and largest brokerages in the area. We currently have over 300 agents in the Toledo Metro area and are one of the leading brokerages for education and use of leading edge technology. I have been trained in the Master Sales Society, and am I involved in monthly training and the latest updates in the industry. I have attended the University of Toledo, and Owens Community College. I am married to my lovely bride for almost 20 yrs, we have 4 children, 1 boy and 3 daughters and a dog. We have lived in Springfield township for 20 yrs, so the areas that I specialize in are Holland, Sylvania, Maumee, and Perrysburg. I am licensed in Ohio so I have helped clients as far west as Defiance, south to Bowling Green, Woodville, Pemberville, and east to Elmore, and Custar.
