Marni originally grew up outside New Haven, Connecticut with an extensive background in property management, apartment complex rehab and renovation, and real estate experience. Marni managed over 1,100 units in the state of CT before deciding to move to Vermont in 1999. Marni relocated to Woodstock, VT she went on to becoming the Director of Sales at Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, VT. Shortly after getting her job at Okemo, Marni bought her first home in Plymouth, VT in 2000 where she lived until 2015.
Marni then left her job at Okemo in 2002 to be a stay-at-home mom with her first-born child Madisen. Marni had her second child Meredith in 2004. Marni continued to stay at home with her daughters until they both started school. Marni decided to pursue real estate and get her VT Salespersons license once again. Marni began working for ERA Mountain Real Estate in Killington, VT in 2007. Marni stayed with ERA Mountain Real Estate until 2011 when got her VT Brokers license and decided to open her own real estate firm Peak Property Real Estate located on the Killington Access Road in Killington.
Marni became known for being the resort specialist collaborating with Sellers and Buyers in the Killington Mountain Resort and Okemo Mountain Resort areas, Woodstock, and all through Central Vermont. These areas include but are not limited to: Killington, Plymouth, Bridgewater, Ludlow, Chester, Reading, Pittsfield, Mendon, Chittenden, Woodstock, Hartford, Hartland, Windsor, Barnard, Pomfret, and Stockbridge. Marni successfully ran Peak Property Real Estate until October of 2018 when she decided to pursue working with Keller Williams Realty. Marni is proudly the Broker for the Peak Property Group with KW Vermont.
