Willie and Marquita are a God send!🙌🏽This was my second time using them in purchasing my home. They are there for you through every step of the process make sure that you understand everything that you need to know. The time and patience that is needed in making such a big decision, they give you all of that and more. Neither of them will try to force you to move on a home and if you’re not fully convinced it’s “the one”. I knew I was safe with them and they gave me and my husband the “peace” we needed to move forward to get just what we wanted. This was going to be our final home and my “retirement gift” to myself. Mrs. Marquita & Mr. Willie Robinson of Ascension Realty welcomed my wife, our two daughters and I to Acension Parish with open arms 4 years ago, as they assisted us in finding a rental property because it just wasn’t our time to purchase a home.
Throughout the years we’ve stayed connected to the Robinson’s, because we knew in our hearts that God placed them in our lives to be our Realtors when the time and season was right.

Marquita is absolutely amazing! She is prompt and very responsive, she didn’t just care about a “sale “ but more so about my family and what we needed. Unfortunately we ran into some issues and I just wanted to get anything just to get it over with I even found myself giving up on the process entirely, Marquita reminded me that I shouldn’t just settle for anything and she found a solution ! Whatever I didn’t understand she has no problem with helping me and walking me through it until I got it! THE ABSOLUTE BEST THERE IS!!!
I’ve been hesitant about the home buying process for some years. We tried working with a different company, and after doing everything on our end, they were not available for questions regarding our next step, and we had essentially hit a dead end. I contacted Marquita with Ascension Realty one night at 11:28pm. I felt bad about sending the message so late, because I try to be considerate of others’ time. I received a reply immediately. I was amazed. Do these people sleep?! I called the very next day for direction and to see what our options were. Marquita was absolutely amazing. She was sweet, professional, and knowledgeable. I was proud to say that I know her.

What I thought was going to be a long application process, only took a few hours. I never would have thought that something that intimidated me so greatly, would go so smoothly. She was on it!! Within one week of reaching out to her, we were pre-approved and with the help of she and her husband Willie, we toured and selected our new construction home!! They have been an absolute joy to work with. Marquita spoke up for us to ensure that we received the best rate, and the best package that the seller had to offer. She has consistently followed up with us to ensure that any questions that we had, were answered.

I cannot say enough about how grateful I am for everything they have been to us during this process. I highly recommend their services. My husband and I have already directed a few of my family members to them.

Where do I even start?!🙌🏾😭😇 Marquita is truly heaven sent! She has been rocking with us for some time now and it’s like they say when the student is ready the teacher appears. When we first reached out to her, she was very open and honest with us about everything we needed to do before she could do anything to help us. WE WEREN’T READY!🤦🏾‍♀️After first, it bugged us a little because we wanted what we wanted but God placed her there because He knew who and what we needed. He knew that we needed someone that would push us to do the best that we could to prove that we wanted what we were praying for😩🙌🏾 For my husband and I...that task was definitely A PROCESS because we are both stubborn🙈 well during this process we took our time to pray and reflect and cry and swear and cry and pray some more...y’all we were STUBBORN! But even in our stubbornness, Marquita was still working with us. She truly has a heart to serve. You see, even when we weren’t ready, she still had her assistant call us monthly to discuss how things were coming along with the plan we had(IT TAKES A SERVANT’S HEART TO CONTINUE A FOLLOW UP ONLY TO RECEIVE THE SAME ANSWER) Until one day we decided ok it’s time to get it together...we did everything she told us to do and LET ME TELL YOU...THAT WOMAN IS SPIRIT LEAD OK! When we decided to listen and get ready everything fell into place faster than we could ever have imagined😭😭🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾 GOD WAS IN THIS! In these last 20 days (YES 20 DAYS😱🥳)we’ve learned more about home buying than we ever thought we would😂😂 Any and every question we had she made sure to answer it in a way that we, as first timers, could understand it. Everything that she told us we would need we made sure to have it ready for when it was requested. She has made this process a complete breeze for us and we are eternally grateful for that!
Because of her heart to serve and our willingness to listen, we will be closing on our new home in less than 30 days of beginning our 2 year journey (again our fault because yea...WE’RE STUBBORN)with her🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
