Marsha Acosta

Marsha Acosta is an RGV Native, born in Houston, TX but raised in deep South Texas. Receiving a degree from the University of Texas Pan American in Edinburg and a Real Estate License from South Texas College, the Valley remains a constant for her businesses. After opening a couple of successful restaurants and acquiring investment properties, Marsha joined the Coldwell Banker team in 2013. Being a Broker who is dedicated to her clients, Marsha receives referrals and repeat business from many past clients. Marsha puts herself in her client's place and advises with integrity. Her honesty has earned the trust from clients and their family. Marsha's real estate focus is commercial leasing and investment properties. Marsha enjoys giving back to her community who has played a role in the success of her businesses. She supports various charities and has served on the Boys and Girls Club of Alamo/San Juan Board of Directors for five years. She is now currently President of the Alamo Economic Development Corporation. Business continues to flourish and education is continuous as Marsha understands that markets are ever changing and client's needs are intentional.
