Marsha T. Ramey, a licensed Realtor in Georgia, North Carolina and South Carolina for the past 18 years, has been had the pleasure and honor to help her sellers and buyers accomplish their real estate goals and dreams. She specializes in the Rabun County and Scaly Mountain areas but also has many years of experience in other surrounding areas as well. In 2019 she was awarded Realtor of the Year by The Clayton Tribune based on votes by members of the entire community of Rabun County. She was humbled by this achievement as she values her relationships with others so greatly. Also, during 2019 and 2020 she was awarded a gold medal by Scott Poss of Poss Realty for most transactions sides. She is a wife and a mother of two incredible daughters and because of this Real Estate is both my livelihood and her passion and she is blessed to have a job that she loves and one that allows her to make life long friends in the process. She strives to market each property she lists to the best of my ability and to make the buying process as simple as possible for each and everyone of my clients.
