Cape Cod has always been a part of Martha's life. Growing up in a suburb of Boston, Martha often traveled here as a young child to visit relatives and enjoyed camping each summer with her family in various areas across the Cape. Their days were spent at the beach or exploring, and nights were filled with campfires and stories. They would collect sharks teeth at Head of the Meadow Beach in Truro, buy great fudge and climb the sand dunes in P-Town, and visit all the quaint artisan shops along Route 6A.
In 1986 Martha was fortunate to move to the Cape and enjoyed the beauty of the area year-round when she opened a business in West Dennis. In 1994 her husband and she moved to Harwich with their two sons and they’ve called it home ever since.
Martha believes the Cape offers more than a location - it's a way of life. Each of the many villages offers a unique character all its own. Whether you're looking to relocate your primary residence or purchase a second home, the house you choose should reflect your individual personality and lifestyle. When the beauty of the area touches your soul, you know you have found your home.
Although Martha loves all the seasons on Cape Cod, her favorite is Fall. The traffic has thinned, the air is crisp, and the ocean is beautiful. The bright red of a cranberry harvest, against a beautiful blue sky and billowy white clouds is picture perfect.
If you're selling your house, Martha will suggest creative marketing ideas, offer staging suggestions, provide market statistics to help determine where to position your property, and be with you every step of the way through closing.
When pursuing your own Cape Cod dreams of owning a home on this beautiful island, Martha will listen to your needs, work with you to find the perfect property, help negotiate an accepted offer, and offer resources such as home inspectors, attorneys, and mortgage lenders.
