About Martha

I have been selling homes in the Champaign-Urbana area including Mahomet, St. Joseph, Tolono, Monticello and surrounding areas since 1984. I am dedicated to doing the best job possible in selling my clients homes and in finding the perfect home for my buyers. Training is ongoing to keep me in the fore front of all that is new in the industry. Family, Community and my clients are my top priorities.
My hobbies include golf, competitive bridge play, hiking in the rocky mountains and staring at the moon. I have a degree from the University of Illinois and am a past president on the Champaign County of REALTORS. Was selected as REALTOR of the Year in 2005.

Martha was recommended to me by a co-worker. Martha is patient and was willing to look at many houses in different areas (over the span of months!) since I was new to the area and wasn't sure where I wanted to live. Martha also was very helpful during the purchasing process and was there for the inspection, closing, and came to visit afterwards. When the time came to sell, due to family expansion, we wanted to use Martha again for sure. She made the selling process very easy for us and helped us with negotiating and even offered to help take care of our dogs during showings. We have used Martha for 2 purchases, 1 sale, and recommended her to a family member, who also bought through her. We highly recommend her.

I have known Martha Leary for a long time. Martha helped me find my first house in the Champaign - Savory area. She is very professional, friendly and goes all out to help you find the right house to meet your needs and expectations. When I decided to sell my house and relocate to another state, I did not hesitate in deciding who to get as a realtor to sell it. I knew Martha was the one that I would go to. Martha went all out with the listing and the PR on it and my house sold a week later. I was shocked, and excited that it did sell that fast. She worked with me from the beginning to the end and I'm glad she was there all the way and could count on her.
