Relocating or moving to the Charlotte area? Need a real estate agent? Stop! You have found the best. Our relocation during Covid-19 was a high stress affair. We did not know anything about Charlotte, so we knew finding the right home was not going to be easy. We worked with another real estate agent for months and got nowhere. A friend recommended Martha. We talked to her, she listened, really listened to us. In one day --- literally one day--- she showed us three homes we were willing to put offers on, one of which we bought. I can not recommend Martha highly enough.

Wonderful experience!

We received truly excellent service from Martha Borgese in a difficult situation. We had never been to Charlotte beyond the airport and needed to act quickly. Martha was able to give us two full days the week of Christmas to explore options. She took our at times mixed messages and gleaned what would work for us as a couple. Martha also has clout with builders, inspectors, etc. so that when issues arise they get taken care of quickly and without extra expense. Bottom line, we have a beautiful home, fully closed, after only about a month. Martha was a great realtor, ally, and now friend. Highest recommendation!
